Enrollment happens when you provide your phone number directly to us — by phone, an online scheduling form, or in person — and agree to receive text updates about your service request.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your service request(s) from Reece Heating and Air, LLC, sent via our messaging platform. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may decline or opt out at any time as described below.
Messages are limited to service-related, transactional notifications, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch or on-the-way updates, service completion notices, and follow-up or satisfaction check-ins tied to a specific service request. This program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity — typically one message per step of a service request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately cancel further text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To re-enroll, simply provide your number again and confirm you'd like to receive texts. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us below, if you need assistance.
This program is intended for use on major U.S. mobile carriers. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier limitations, and is not guaranteed.
Your phone number and related messaging data are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Reece Heating and Air, LLC is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control. This SMS program is provided as a convenience and does not replace direct communication with us for urgent matters.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the program or applicable law. Continued use of the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Houston County, Georgia.
